REMco VSG - ALL YOUR GRINDING NEEDS

REMco produces a special series of crushers which are designated as VSG. These machines are more accurately defined as high-speed grinders, hence the designation ‘G’ to set them apart from the normal VSI design.

 

This series is typically applied for the production of a wide variety of fine industrial mineral products. For example, these machines operate in the refractory industry, recycling industry, and in silica production, fused alumina grinding and other severe tasks.

The VSG units are available in sizes utilizing drive powers from 30 hp to 350 hp and are fully autogenous designs with special chambers to handle the unique nature of industrial minerals and man-made products. Their production range is in handling materials from feed sizes of 1 1/2” (40 mm) and smaller, and to producing materials as small as 65 mesh (0.212 microns). Their typical mode of operation is in closed circuit with a mechanical sizer or air separator.
